This September, Emily Crawford will take on the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb in Atlanta, climbing 110 floors in full firefighting kit alongside hundreds of others to honour the 343 firefighters who lost their lives on 9/11.
Before the big climb, Emily will complete three challenging workouts to raise awareness and support for this incredible cause (as we would expect from Emily ๐)

A huge congratulations to our very own .gemma on becoming the European Powerlifting Champion! ๐ช๐บ๐ช
Gemma delivered an incredible performance on the platform, putting up:

โซ๏ธ 160kg Deadlift
This achievement is the result of countless early mornings, disciplined training sessions, unwavering commitment, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Watching Gemma represent herself, our country, and her sport at the highest level has been truly inspiring.
Success like this doesnโt happen overnight, and Gemmaโs journey is a reminder of what can be achieved through hard work, consistency, and belief in the process.
