ā€¦pile your plate up high and over do it with the Christmas pudding.

But donā€™t do it and feel bad about it.

Own your decision.

You're not a kid, youā€™re a grown man.

Would I recommend doing these things all year round? Would habits and behaviours like this, if do did them all the time, give you the body you want?

Absolutely not.

However, that doesnā€™t mean you canā€™t do this or shouldnā€™t

You have to relax and enjoy times like this when they come up. Itā€™s IMPORTANT for YOU and your FAMILY.

A few days pigging out, overindulging wonā€™t break the bank.

And if weā€™re being honest, with the time weā€™ve hadā€¦'

ā€¦and what might happen in the coming weeksā€¦

ā€¦I think we all bloody deserve it!'
