Thank you to Ruston Marconi Judo Club for hosting the AJA East Midlands Open this weekend. It was a fantastic event and our coach picked up a silver medal!

It's a new month which means new techniques.

Our primary focus with tachi waza in July will be attacking/ defending with/ against an opponent from a double sleeve grip.

For Ne Waza it will be transitioning between different osaekomi waza.
