Join Tiree Fitness at 9.30am Friday, Saturday & Sunday of the festival on Crossapol Beach, just a short walk from the festival site.

Tiree Ultra EVENT TEAM 🥳🥳🥳
Sunday 8th September 🏃🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃🏃‍♂️
Call out to anyone who can help at the Ultramarathon event this year - the event team needs marshals and helpers on the day - it's a really good fun team, and a great way of contributing to all the achievements of the day - 35 miles running around the island - they need as much cheering as we can give them...
If you can help can you let me know and I'll pull together the team roster 🙌

Beach Yoga is definitely on this week!! Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am Balevullin ☀️
Find your calm and re-energize for the day 🧘🏖
Absolutely stunning place for a yoga practice.
And then Friday to Sunday at Tiree Music Festival 9:30am in the Wee Top or on the beach.
Mats hopefully not needed but I'll bring a load anyway.

Getting ready for a fresh start line of Tiree runners 🥳🏃‍♀️🏃🏃‍♂️
Next event is Saturday 4th May for the Tiree 10k & Half Marathon ☀️
We're putting together another EVENT TEAM - gonna be an epic day so if you can help that afternoon from 2pm your energy and encouragement for the runners would be hugely appreciated.
We've got 300 runners who will be lined up on Gott Bay - racing around either a 10km course or the big 21km Half Marathon 🏃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🫶 They need all the cheering to keep them going - join the team and share the good vibes 🥳

Relaxation and Sports Massage Therapy - 45min treatment for £35 - drop me a message and I can send you a voucher - easy! I specialise in tension release especially in the back/neck/shoulders as well as sports injury therapy.
Also vouchers for the online fitness classes - a months subscription for £35 - next intake starts in January and the vouchers give access to all the live and recorded classes for the month. I think we're up to about 500 classes done over the last few years and I totally believe they are the most time effective way to get in shape and boost fitness.
