Today I had Leon in for pt session on his lats , we did an old school workout i personally used and still do to this day .
Am really pleased he enjoyed it and hopefully continues to keep it up .
Looking forward to seeing him again in a few months to see the changes .

Here is a typical Shoulder workout that I used from 15 to today I did use Press Behind the neck but due to worn Shoulders I cant use that anymore ( joys of getting old lol ).
I built powerfull Shoulders only using these exercises NO MACHINES 👊

Just a Quick Workout from Mark focused on Back with a few chest exercises to finish .
3 sets each exercise 3 exercises not counting reps using the muscle to decide when its failed .
Your muscle doesn't count reps it only knows when its failed .

Mark has lost 7 1/2 Stone in about 3 years doing it slowly stops you having lots of loose skin hanging everywhere.
He,s still had holidays ,nights out and days off his diet . This has kept him healthy and with a minimal amount of skin that will have to be removed to look the way he wants to .If you need any help i'me here to answer any of your questions .

After Marks Gold Medal at the Commonwealth Games he needs a good overhaul .
This is a little look at the Treatment he got .
I've Been practising Sports Massage for 27yrs now and can normally fix up to 99% of injuries i treat.
