Wowzer. Never have we seen the Dorset shoreline look so good. Makes us want to hotfoot it down to the South Coast immediately!

And lucky that her talented husband Rob Neith-Nicholson was there to capture it.

Nothing beats friendship and cold water - and this water was very, very cold. Straight off the fells and into the pool.

Made us gasp, laugh and shriek for more.

Our eighth annual swim weekend was an absolute blast. Swim friends are the best.

One of our friends, Lola Culsán, testing out our toasty neoprene a few weeks ago. Freedom of movement and a warm core - that's what we're all about!

Say hello to the Mornington Morning Mermaids.

They swim together Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on Mornington Peninsula in Melbourne, Australia.

The group started when Jacky Howgate (a Brit who has lived in Oz for 15 years) invited a friend for a swim at the start of the year. The group has now grown to over 60 members and they are determined to swim through winter together.

The group is welcoming, empowering and a whole lot of fun. We just love this image of a chain of women embracing the sea together. How lucky they are to have found each other.

Turn the TV off this weekend and get out into nature instead. What can possibly be as stunning as this??

⚠️ Just a reminder to anyone heading to the Lakes this weekend……don’t forget to wash your cossie out after each swim so you don’t contaminate one body of water with nasties from somewhere else. With blue green algae blighting the Lakes at the moment it is really important not to cross-contaminate the Lakes ⚠️

What a fabulous end of summer swim for Alison Potter and her daughter down in Devon this week.

Nothing like one last prance about in the sea before its time for school to start again. Those memories won’t make themselves!

Huge congratulations to our dear friend who managed her first morning swim in the sea at Land’s End this morning!

She has been desperate to try UK sea swimming for a while and finally made it in this morning. Just look at that big grin!!!!!

It does look pretty nippy to be honest, so well done - and hope you try it again tomorrow. And the day after that. And the one after that…..

Introducing this underwater mermaid, Eden . She is an absolute force of nature and a force for all that is good in this world. She swims all over the country although her regular faves are the Mixed Pond, Hampstead and Serpentine Swim Club.

She makes friends wherever she goes because she is the most open, inclusive, emotionally intelligent of people and is so easy and fun to chat to.

She is a contributor to the fabulous new podcast “On the Outside”, the star of an upcoming documentary “Eden” charting a previously undiscussed aspect of her transition and her love of wild swimming and is also a leading champion of diversity and inclusion in all things water related. And none of those are her actual day job.

If you are ever in North London on a Friday evening, pop along to Hampstead Mixed Pond where she co-hosts an inclusive, relaxed and fun LGBTQ+ swim session most Fridays.

You’d think she’d be exhausted by all that but honestly we think she is only just starting….

Meet the ever so lovely , out for a splash and a swim down at Saunton Beach in Devon this weekend.

Fran is a very special lady (actually there a quite a few special people just like her) as she is one of 80 fully trained hosts for , an organisation dedicated to helping people find friendships and community through swimming outdoors.

More of them to come from us in the future (we’re big fans), but for now, if you are in London and fancy trying an outdoor swim and meeting some new people in safe conditions then give a follow and maybe try and join them next weekend for their second ever meet. It’s at our favourite Lido ever ( ) so we are gonna go along too and meet everyone!
