A Reiki & Pilates collaboration
Roots & Radiance and Pilates by Charley have come together for a special wellness experience, blending the grounding power of Reiki with the mindful strength of Pilates.

This session is designed to support both the physical and energetic body - creating space to move with intention, release tension, and restore balance.
You’ll be guided through a nourishing Pilates flow led by Pilates by Charley, followed by a deeply relaxing Reiki experience facilitated by Roots & Radiance. Together, these practices work to build strength, support nervous system regulation, and leave you feeling calm, clear, and reconnected.
