RG Kickboxing

Is anybody from Douglas Street's Wednesday samurai class or who was at the recent grading missing a pair of these gloves? My son seems to have got his mixed up with this pair. His are similar but have the name Enzo Fell labelled inside. Thanks.

We are having a timetable change!

Over the summer we are trialing a new timetable. All classes will still be accounted for and there will still be something on for everyone each day🤩

Why?
Over school holiday periods, such as the summer or half terms, classes tend to get a bit quieter. However, we like to teach busy, full classes and get the best out of our students. Therefore combining the classes and making 1 age specific class per day, means we can put all of our focus into the students who are training and still have nice busy classes🥊

And it gives both Ryan and Maya a day off as we both work very hard (Maya more than Ryan🤪)

When?
This new timetable will start from the week commencing 20th JULY 📆

We have a sparring seminar 🥊👊🏻

This seminar is for anyone looking at wanting to start sparring, never sparred, sparred loads, fights all the time, wants to gain knowledge or even just wants to come and watch some sparring.

We will be running through drills, movement, scenarios and then letting you put it all into practice.

Whether you have no gear and all the ideas or all the gear and no ideas, this is for you 🫵🫵

Open to kids and adults, free of charge, limited to 20 spaces ⏳

We have Danny Mitchell back in tonight for a Boxing Seminar 🥊🤩

This is being held at Douglas street from 6-8pm

Please remember there will be no adults kickboxing or sparring on at Douglas street to allow for this seminar however all classes will still remain the same at Mayfair😁

This is for all abilities and ages, whether you've never sparred before or you're an avid fighter 👊

Hosted at RG Douglas Street from 11:30am we are hoping to increase confidence, teach you the basics of sparring and help develop vital skills that you can use in your sparring and/or fighting

This time Danny will be over at Douglas Street doing a Boxing seminar 🥊

The seminar will be running from 6-8pm and there will be no adults sparring or adults kickboxing at Douglas Street on this day
