So if you are coming to class tonight, please make sure you stay hydrated throughout the day (and bring your water to class!) 💦 make sure you’ve fuelled with food throughout the day 🥪 and wear comfortable clothing and shoes for class👚👟

Thankfully the hall stays nice and cool but we will be taking it steady in the heat! ☺️
