Hi, Im Stacey- pre and postnatal personal trainer, mum of two
and I was in the same boat as you not too long ago
Motherhood had me feeling isolated
I had Two under two and struggled to find groups that worked for the 3 of us
Most conventional baby groups were wayyy out of my comfort zone
I also wanted to rebuild my strength but I didn’t have childcare most days
So in 2023, toddler in tow, I created the classes that I knew mums needed
Bumps&babies and Mamas Move
