The sun is shining and there's plenty of spare court time available to head down for a game. What are you waiting for? 💚

A tough result for our ladies team yesterday in the return fixture against Sutton Upon Derwent.

For most of our players it was their first experience playing on grass, which proved a very different challenge to what we're used to. Sutton made the most of their home-court advantage, but it was a great learning experience for us.

A special mention to Elle and Carla, who made their Selby Tennis Club debuts yesterday. We hope to have you both back on court with us again soon! 🎾😊

Great win for our mixed team against Copmanthorpe on Tuesday. Well done everyone! 🙌🏼🎾

Forget Roland Garros, Selby Tennis Club had all the action this weekend! 🎾 With two men's matches and one ladies' match, it was a busy Sunday for our teams.

Our men's 2nd team had a tough draw against Heworth and were unlucky to come away with a narrow loss. The men's 1st team fared a little better, putting in a strong performance to beat Copmanthorpe 10-2 🙌🏼

The ladies then headed to Poppleton, where they battled through hot and very windy conditions to secure a fantastic 61-47 win 💪🏼

Well done to everyone who represented the club this weekend! 🎾👏🏼
