Lillycakes…..what are they?!!

Each session, after the babies have been massaged and are (hopefully) snoozing away, we enjoy a drink and a Lillycake!

Every Dream Time Teacher makes their own chocolate cakes, and they’re named after their very own Dream Time Baby! For Dream Time Selby, it’s my daughter - Lilly 💕

These cakes are baked with love, and come highly recommended from past Dream Time Mums!

Dream Time Baby Massage is designed to encourage the bond between mum and baby.

We believe kissing, cuddling, massaging and singing to our baby, will help to develop their being.

We practice yoga moves, massage techniques and work on areas of the body that can be affected by birth trauma or digestive distress.

We work on baby’s awareness of themselves and also the world around them.

We also recognise that mum needs nurturing too, which is why we always dedicate time to relax, drink tea, and eat cake. Allowing mum to just ‘be’ and seek support or friendships from other mums.

What is Dream Time Baby Massage?

Anyone who enquires with me receives the following information in the reply, and then if you’d like any further info just ask 💕

Dream Time is designed for babies from 4 weeks to crawling, and focuses on both mum (or main caregiver) and baby in equal measure.

The first half of the session is the routine, including baby massage, baby yoga positions, nursery rhymes and encourages bonding between caregiver and baby. The second half offers a hot drink and chocolate snack, and chance to chat, seek support or advice, or just be.

I’m based at River Mills Ballroom, Selby (opposite the toll bridge) and run sessions weekly.

Sessions run weekly, and I run Tuesday 10-11.30am & 12.15-1.45pm and Wednesday 10-11.30am & 12.15-1.45pm.
