🍂 AUTUMN EQUINOX SOUL RESET 🍂

As the seasons begin to shift, we’re inviting you to take a little time to pause too. 🤎

Join us — Jenny Light & Nikki Sheffield — for a beautiful three-hour morning created to help you slow down, reconnect and find a little more balance as we move into autumn.

We’ll begin by moving together through a grounding yoga practice, before sharing cacao and then settling into breathwork, meditation and a deeply restorative sound bath. ✨

A morning to step away from the noise and the never-ending to-do list.

To move.
To breathe.
To pause.
To receive.
To rest. 🍂

No previous yoga experience is needed — just come exactly as you are.

As annoyingly barky she can be 😂 this little munchkin is with me throughout all the good and bad!!!

I woke up this morning with an overwhelming sadness.
I’m going through a stage of grief at the moment and a sadness of my life as it once was 🥲.

Betsy gave me the most gorgeous hugs and licked all my tears which gave me the energy to get on my mat.
Ended up with the strongest practice I’ve done in a very long time 🧘🏼‍♀️🫶🏻

Thank you for being you darling Betsy ❤️ you truly are my best friend!!!

☀️ A day to the peak of light, celebrating the Summer Solstice as a portal for renewal, clarity, and inner radiance. Through mindful movement, sound vibrations, nourishment, ritual, and deep rest and reset, we’ll explore what it means to let in the light, let go of what no longer serves, embody the light, and relight the light within.
