Because it's not about being the fittest person in the room.

It's about women turning up for themselves.

Some weeks you'll feel strong.

Some weeks you'll have less energy.

Some days you'll surprise yourself.

And that's completely okay.

My job is to give you a workout that challenges you, supports you and makes you feel good about moving your body.

That's exactly what CARDIO CORE PILATES is about.

A mixture of cardio, Pilates-inspired core work and strengthening — with great music and a lovely group atmosphere.
