Yes it’s true…..Ages 14+ can train in our official DEKA classes! What is DEKA???? 10 dedicated fitness zones, suitable for all abilities! DEKA training sessions are performed in an interval style format. 10 zones broke down in either :90 on :30 off for 2 rounds - :60 on :30 off for 3 rounds or :30 on :30 off for 4 rounds!
