That was insane.

24 hour 5k relay - COMPLETE

Thank you to everyone that donated, bought a cake, baked a cake, did a loop, cheered us on, performed, donated water, the list goes on.
So many people got involved and it was so special

Shaftesbury is an unbelievable community and should be celebrated

Close to £2000 in total was raised for The Brave and Determined Company who do incredible work and also spent their time at the event

Memories and friendships were made with non runners, runners from other run clubs, experienced runners etc

We are blown away by how many turned up and got involved.

Dare we say....Until next year......😊

Jog on down to The Half Moon this weekend and enjoy some great music, great food spend time with friends.
Come support our local running group Shaftesbury Run Club as they raise money for The Brave and Determined Company with a 24hour 5k relay starting at 6pm Friday 7th and finishing 6pm Saturday 8th.

A 24 hour 5k Relay fundraiser around our lovely town of Shaftesbury. Raising money for The Brave and Determined Company

24 HOUR 😯 All Night and Day

Come down to The Half Moon, Shaftesbury to join in, support or just enjoy a day full of fun with slices of cake for a donation, a BBQ, live music form 15:30 with The Cabin Jamarca and Robert Oborn

Evening Run

Next Friday the 7th August 18:00, will be starting the first loop of the 5k 24 hour relay for The Brave and Determined Company .
There will be a continuous loop all the way until Saturday 8th 18:00
Absolutley anyone can join in, can drop in for a loop or more at any time. It's a community event, the more the merrier.

Saturday you can chill at the base The Half Moon, Shaftesbury, enjoy some cakes from the bake sale , face painting (for you and the kids, 😜) food and live music and do a loop if you fancy it.

Equally you can donate to the great cause and support all that are running.
