Two kids. Part-time job. Wedding to plan.
Becky didnât suddenly find loads of spare time.
She built a routine around the life she already had.
34lb down laterâŠI think itâs safe to say it worked. đ

Helping people transform their body and love what they see with no diet plans or slimming clubs đđ»
Stop trying to find the âperfectâ routine.
The best training plan?
Itâs the one you can actually stick to.
For most of the busy people I coach in Sheffield, that usually means:
đ 2-3 strength sessions a week
đ 30-45 minutes at a time
đ Getting your steps in
đ Training around work, kids and actual life
đ Not binning the whole week because you missed Tuesday
You donât need to live in the gym.
You donât need 6 workouts a week.
And you definitely donât need to be perfect.
Get a simple plan.
Repeat it often enough.
Get stronger.
Thatâs where the results come from.

30lb down. But thatâs not the real story.
This isnât about another weight loss photo.
Itâs about going from pre-diabetic, relying on a CPAP machine and lacking confidenceâŠto completing HYROX events, feeling stronger, and building habits that actually last.
Hereâs why Maxâs journey means so much âŹïž

26lbs for the wedding...
But thatâs not why Kerryâs story matters.
The real success wasnât the weight she lost.
It was building habits that were still there after the wedding and honeymoon.
If youâve got a wedding, holiday or big event coming up, letâs make sure you donât just get there looking and feeling your best...
Letâs make sure youâve still got the habits to keep it going afterwards.

23lbs gone.
But this isnât another âbefore and after.â
Itâs what happened âbetweenâ those photos that mattered.
Busy job.
Life getting in the way.
No perfect diet.
Just simple habits, accountability, and consistency.
If youâve been stuck in the lose weight, regain it, repeat cycle...this oneâs for you đȘ
Donât let one holiday become two months.
Enjoy the BBQs. Have the ice cream. Make the memories.
Just donât convince yourself youâll âstart again in September.â
A few good habits are all it takes to keep moving forward.
Are you still waiting to go away, or are you already back? đ
Here are the 5 biggest ones I see every week...
â Trying to eat perfectly.
One âbadâ meal and they think theyâve blown it.
You donât need perfection.
You need consistency.
â Skipping meals to save calories.
It sounds like a good idea...
Until youâre stood in the kitchen at 9pm eating everything in sight.
â Acting like weekends donât count.
Your body doesnât know itâs Saturday.
Progress comes from what you do most of the time.
Not Monday to Friday.
â Doing loads of cardio but avoiding strength training.
If you want to look better...
Build muscle.
The cardio is just the bonus.
â Starting again every Monday.
You donât need another fresh start.
You just need to make the next meal a good one.
Most people donât need a better plan.
They need to stick to the boring basics for longer.
Which one do you catch yourself doing the most?
Summer doesnât ruin fat loss.
The âIâve blown it nowâ mentality does.
One BBQ, one holiday or one weekend away isnât the problem.
Itâs when that turns into a week of saying âIâll start again Monday.â
Focus on the next decision, not the last one.
Whatâs one thing youâre doing to stay on track this summer?

A pretty good reminder that life isnât supposed to be spent waiting until youâve lost the weight.
Yesterday, Kirsty and I headed over to the Nottingham Open.
A few drinks.
Some questionable food choices đ
Great tennis.
Good company.
âŠand a full day away from work.
Years ago, I probably wouldâve spent half the day thinking about calories, steps or whether Iâd âearnedâ the food.
Now?
I just enjoy the day.
Because fitness was never supposed to give you a smaller life.
Itâs supposed to give you a bigger one.
One where you can walk around all day without your feet hurting.
Sit in the sun for hours.
Feel comfortable in photos.
Order the food you fancy.
Have a couple of drinks.
Then get back to normal the next day.
No guilt.
No punishment.
No âstarting again Mondayâ.
Just life.
I think thatâs what a lot of people are actually chasing.
Not just a number on the scales.
The freedom that comes with it.
