Not only are they genuinely four of the NICEST people you will meet they helped this bride who doesn’t like wedding dresses, didn’t want much make up, had little opinion about flowers and didn’t want to spend the day having her photo taken create the perfect look for the most fun day ever. I can’t thank them all enough 🩶

LR Elite has a new home!!

After nearly 5 years I have made a big move...across the car park!

You can now find me at Unit 15 Neepsend Business Triangle for all appointments.

This is accessed via the same pedestrian gate as the previous unit. However, you will need to use the intercom panel next to the door which is at your left when you enter. Once I have let you through the door, use the stairs in front of you or the lift to the right to access the first floor. Unit 15 is just through the door.

The signage is yet to be changed but I assure you I am there!

Can't wait to see you all in my new home 💙

Worksop Half Marathin 2025 🎃

Not had much time to train since the Nottingham half four weeks ago so I just treated this as a easy training run on a beautiful course and I had a lovely time 🩵

Shoutout to my dad who nailed a sub 2 hours at 75 (he won’t mind me telling you that) the day after winning THREE gold medals at the cross country championships yesterday. Including the BRITISH Masters team Gold.

Not even embarrassed that I have never managed to run faster than my dad when he’s this much of a hero!

It’s never too late, and you are never too old!!

Yesterday we ran the Robin Hood Half Marathon 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️

This was the first race I’ve ever targeted a time for and I’ll be honest it took all the fun out of it 😂. It’s a lot harder running fast than it is plodding along having nice time!

I didn’t quite meet my target but did manage a pretty sizeable PB 🥳 (and a 10km PB which I think shows where it all went wrong 🙈) however, I think it’s back to plodding for me 😂

Was great to run with these guys (on the same course at the same same, we ran four very different races), great event, amazing support lining the whole course and both Rich and my parents cheerleading at the finish.

Forever reminding myself that you don’t have to run fast to be a runner. You just have to run 🏃‍♀️
