Now then chuffers all.
I know this is a bit late but…
We are back on tomorrow morning 9.00 til 11.00 am. Be warned, it’s Pen*stone Agricultural Show tomorrow so there will be closed roads, diversions and parking may be difficult so make plans if you’re not walking.
On the other hand, Ivor might win a prize, he’s entered for “best ram”! 🐏

Now then chuffers.
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I’m having to call off tomorrow’s judo session (Saturday 6th September). This is because I’m in hospital for a few days and it’s proving difficult to co-ordinate everything needed for the session to go ahead. You all know I hate to do this but I’m stuck.
Back to normal next weekend.☹️

Now then chuffers, pay attention!
Tomorrow is Saturday 19th July so it’s our FIRST WEEKEND BACK AT PENISTONE 😃😃😃
We start at 9.00am and we go to about 11.00am. Just the one class for everyone tomorrow.
The class will be taken by England u55Kg player Reece “The Beast” Blackshaw assisted by the current Commonwealth Champion Lachlan Moorhead
I’m expecting to hear reports of some r**t good scraps.
I’m just sorry I can’t be there myself but I’m sure you’re in good hands!

Now then chuffers and parents of chuffers.
I need people to help me transport the mats back from the lock up in Stockbridge back to Pen*stone community centre before Saturday 19th July. Could anybody indicate whether they would be able to help and what time and dates they could, and I’ll coordinate a time from there. Vehicles need to be big enough to carry at least one 1x1m mat.
Cheers, Matt.

Nar then chuffers!
To circumvent any ambiguity, I'm sending this post to inform people what is happening tomorrow.
There will be no judo at PJC in Sheffield tomorrow 8th March. This is because;-
a;- I'm not going to be there because I'm going to be at the EIS in Sheffield with Hard Harry, Reece the Beast, Tadek and Ivor and also Vlada who made a guest appearance last Saturday. They are all competing in the British Schools Judo Championships.
b;-That means there will be hardly anyone to train anyway.
c;- I can't get any coaches to cover the class because they're all going to the EIS to watch.
d;- I would encourage anyone not competing to come along and support their clubmates. The fun starts at 10.00am tomorrow and continues on Sunday with the Khan family and Niamh (pronounced "Neeve") on Sunday.
See you there!

Now then chuffers!
Just a little bit of news for the weeks ahead.
First, we’re back on tomorrow,1st March, 8.30am pick-up in Pen*stone at the bus stop and don’t be late! 9.00am until 10.30am is as usual but I would like anyone wanting to come to the second session, to join us for the first session. This is so that I can go and visit my mum who has had a heart operation in the nearby hospital.
Second, next week is the British Schools Championships at the EIS in Sheffield and we have several competitors so as most of the class is actually competing it might be sensible to call it off that day. I’ll ask you again tomorrow.
Lastly, Pen*stone Town Council have informed me that, due to complications and the discovery of asbestos in the building, we may not be back in until the end of June!!! Single-handedly killing off most of the community activity in the town.
Words fail me.
