This week we're ready 💪😁
I've had such a fun day training for the Migration Matters Festival, and I've learnt so much already. It's been an absolute pleasure meeting everyone involved, and I'm even more excited for tomorrow! 🌍✨ Looking forward to being part of such an inspiring festival and celebrating the amazing diversity and stories that make our communities so special.

Due to the sizzling weather, all fitness classes on Monday and Tuesday are cancelled.
I've listened to some of your concerns and feel that everyone's safety comes first. With the temperatures expected to be so high, it's important that we all stay cool, hydrated, and look after ourselves.
