The Bulgarian split squat is one of the best single-leg exercises to build lower-body strength. As a unilateral exercise you will also be improving mobility and stability throughout the body.

If you fancy giving these a try, make sure you...

1️⃣ Rest one leg on a bench/step box behind you.
2️⃣ Take 3 steps away from the bench with your front foot.
3️⃣Squat down with your front leg until the knee of your back leg almost touches the floor.
4️⃣ Push up using your front leg to the starting position.

5 months post natal following a c-section Vic is not unfamiliar with the gym and being married to
Pregnancy doesn't treat Vic well and this is her second section. With two under five each session is adapted to how she is feeling throughout.
