Training’s picked up nicely lately
I’m deep into a gaining phase currently, and it can often feel like your physique is going backwards
But a huge part of physique development is about what you build not just what you lose
A gaining phase is your opportunity to add the muscle that allows you to look even better when you return to dieting

Jonathan came to me at his heaviest…

My client aren’t athletes…
They’re very busy people
They work full time, they families, busy schedules
But they want more from themselves
Then our job together is creating a program that leads to success working with what the client has available
We focus on efficiency and doing the things that actually move the needle 🤝
