✨1000 rep challenge completed ✅ ✨
That must be the sweatiest bootcamp yet!🥵
We did a jogging vs sprints warm up, then moved on to the challenge. This was 10 reps of each exercise B2B, then repeated 10 times. Just for an extra sweat on the end, I threw in a sweaty song, so 10 hip thrusts vs 10 boat pulses B2B throughout a whole song, not stopping until the song is over.
The endorphin boost after this was exactly what I needed!
Next week, we go again and we’re back on to circuits 💪🏼🤎✨

Tonight was my first boot camp at and I am so so happy with how it went. Everyone absolutely smashed it and worked so hard!
I’m so glad I started this new journey and so grateful for the opportunities I have been given.

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, so more than ever it’s important to stop for a minute and think about what your body needs.
Make a list of things you can do that make you feel happy. It could be going for a walk, seeing friends/family, eating your favourite food, doing a workout or just sitting and listening to your favourite music.
Whatever it is, do it and do it for you!
