Success isn’t always about achieving more. Sometimes, it’s about finding more peace.

When I stopped carrying the outcome and started trusting Allah with the results, everything changed. I still plan, execute, and show up, but with less pressure and more peace.

Comment “PEACE” if you want to learn the steps that helped me get here.

I have 1:1 mentoring available for female founders ready to scale with the right strategy, systems, and support.

DM me “MENTOR” and let’s chat.

For a long time, many female founders believe that being successful means being constantly available.

Answering messages during family time.
Checking emails late at night.
Making every decision yourself.
Feeling guilty when you step away.

But that isn’t freedom.

I’ve seen how quickly a business can become overwhelming when everything depends on the founder.

The shift happens when you stop asking, “How can I fit more into my day?”and start asking, “What can I change so my business doesn’t need all of me?”

Here are a few places to start:

1. Stop being the default for everything.
If someone else can handle it with the right guidance, delegate it.

2. Build systems around repeated tasks.
If you keep explaining, answering, or fixing the same thing, create a simple process for it.

3. Protect your time.
Your calendar shouldn’t be completely controlled by your business. Create boundaries around when you work and when you switch off.

4. Create clear responsibilities.
Your team should know who owns what, so every small decision doesn’t come back to you.

5. Give yourself permission to step away.
Your business should be able to keep moving while you spend time with your children, rest, or simply live your life.

Scaling isn’t just about making more money.

It’s about building a business that supports the life you actually want.

That’s what I help ambitious female founders do through the right systems, structure, and support, so they can scale without burnout and create more freedom in their lives.

If your business currently needs you for everything, comment “FREEDOM.” Let’s talk about what needs to change.

What if the way you see the world isn’t the whole reality?

In this conversation with Mel Kanavan, we explore how our minds interpret the world through our own experiences, past events and unconscious patterns, often before we’re even aware it’s happening.

We also talk about building a business as a neurodivergent woman and challenging the belief that ADHD or autism has to stand in the way of entrepreneurship. Sometimes understanding how your mind works can completely change how you lead, build and experience your business.

Comment “FREEDOM” if this is the kind of business you want to build.

If you’re answering business messages while spending time with your children, this is for you.

Because at some point, “being your own boss” can start to feel like being available to your business 24/7.

You’re at dinner, checking messages.
You’re with your children, thinking about work.
You’re supposed to be resting, but your mind is still running through everything that needs to get done.

And the problem isn’t that you’re not working hard enough.

You may simply have built a business that relies too heavily on you.

That’s where systems, structure, and support become so important.

I help ambitious female founders and business owners generating £5,000–£20,000+ per month scale their businesses without burnout.

We look at what’s taking up your time, what only you can do, what can be delegated, and where better systems can give you back hours in your week.

Because scaling shouldn’t mean adding more to your plate.

It should mean creating a business that can grow without you being involved in every single decision, message, task, and problem.

You can increase your income and still have time for your children.

You can be ambitious and still have space to rest.

You can build a successful business without making yourself the centre of every moving part.

The goal isn’t to work less just for the sake of working less.

It’s to make your business more efficient, more structured, and more sustainable—so you can grow with confidence and actually enjoy the life you’re building it for.

If your business currently needs you for everything, it’s time to change that.

“Sometimes I feel like I’m living a dream.” 🤍

From bringing a few women together to creating a community where 100+ women travelled from different cities to be in one room, Aisha Bosher’s journey with Rosebuds Sisters is a beautiful reminder of what can happen when you answer the call to lead.

In this episode, we talk about faith, purpose, women’s leadership and building something bigger than yourself. Sometimes Allah places an idea in your heart because you are the person meant to bring it to life.

She had everything she thought would make her happy… but something was still missing.

Marriage. Children. A home. A car. She had ticked the boxes she thought would bring fulfilment, yet Mina still couldn't find the peace she was searching for.

For 15 years, she searched for that missing piece. In this episode of Mindset of a CEO, Mina opens up about that journey and what she discovered along the way.

Female founders, DM me “READY” if you’re ready to scale without doing everything yourself.

Scaling isn’t about adding more to your plate. Your business shouldn’t depend on you for everything. Scale smarter. Lead better. Have your life back.

12/08/2026

Comment “SCALE” if you want growth without the burnout.

Your business shouldn’t need more of your time to make more money.

I see this all the time with ambitious female founders.

They’ve built a successful business. They’re generating consistent revenue. Clients are coming in.

But behind the scenes?

They’re still doing everything.

Answering every message.
Making every decision.
Managing every client.
Checking every task.
Jumping from one problem to another.

And eventually, growth starts to feel exhausting.

The answer isn’t always to work harder.

It’s to build a business that doesn’t depend on you being involved in every single thing.

Here are 4 shifts that can change the way you scale:

1. Stop being the default for everything.
Ask: “Does this actually need me?” If someone else can handle it with the right process, delegate it.

2. Build systems before you feel ready.
If you repeatedly explain the same task, answer the same question, or fix the same problem, it probably needs a system.

3. Create clear roles and responsibilities.
Your team shouldn’t need to constantly come back to you for decisions. Give them ownership, expectations, and clear outcomes.

4. Protect your CEO time.
Your highest-value work is not answering every email or putting out every fire. It’s making strategic decisions, creating opportunities, and thinking about where the business is going next.

The goal isn’t to remove yourself from your business completely.

It’s to remove yourself from the parts that don’t require your unique skills.

Because scaling shouldn’t mean adding another 20 hours to your week.

It should mean creating the systems, structure, and support that allow your business to grow without requiring more of you.

More revenue.
More efficiency.
More freedom.

That’s what sustainable growth actually looks like.
