Why do they say 10k steps a day? Whyโ€™s walking so important for weight loss?

Walking is absolutely crucial for weight loss. Whilst 10k steps a day is not achievable for everyone the key is just to do more then what youโ€™re doing now. It burns calories, speeds up metabolism, and improves cardiovascular health. It's a low-impact exercise suitable for everyone, aiding consistency. Combined with a balanced diet, walking is a powerful tool in your weight loss journey.
