Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park junior parkrun

Thanks the everybody who has come forward to volunteer! We have enough to go ahead tomorrow morning and look forward to seeing everybody there!

We can still accommodate a couple of extras if you'd like to get involved so give us a shout if so!

We're so close to putting on our wonderful event tomorrow, we just need a handful more volunteers to fill some final spots! This is for the bare minimum (ideally another static marshal and timekeeper is also great) and we can also still accommodate more if you'd like to get involved.

Good afternoon everyone! Our roster is filling up nicely currently but we are still in need of the following roles to go ahead on Sunday morning. If you can spare an hour please let us know - all are welcome and we are a friendly/accommodating team!

Below is the bare minimum we still need to go ahead but we can always use a few more!

- 1x Barcode Scanner
- 1x Timekeeper
- 4x Static marshall.

Volunteers are essential to keep our junior parkrun going ahead and unfortunately our roster is looking rather empty for a Thursday!

We are still in need of all key roles:
- Static marshalls
- Timekeepers
- Barcode scanner
- Tail walker

If you can spare an hour on Sunday morning, or if even you're able to volunteer whilst your little person runs the course, we can usually accommodate your preferred role!

Today we welcomed a brilliant 37 young people on a very warm morning of which 8 were visiting our lovely event for the first time and 1 was doing there very first junior event, thanks for choosing SOLP to start your junior journey

There was 8 PB’s achieved today well done to all👏👏

We cannot put on our fantastic event without our high viz heroes a massive thanks to all 👏👏

The new parkrun junior milestone wristbands are now available and we gave out a few of these this morning well done to all 👏👏 and please keep an eye out to see when your young person is coming up towards the next milestone
