Iāve shared Kimās incredible transformation before, but as she heads towards the big 4-0 this year, itās time for the next chapterā¦
Mission: Fit For 40!
The photo on the left is a reminder of where she started. The photo on the right is the result of consistency, commitment, and showing up for herself even when life got busy!
This next phase isnāt about fat loss anymore. Itās about building on everything sheās achieved so far, getting stronger, building lean muscle, increasing confidence, and becoming the healthiest, strongest version of herself as she enters her 40s!
What makes me most proud isnāt the physical transformation (although itās bloody incredible š), itās the mindset shift, the habits sheās created, and the confidence sheās gained along the way!
Kim, you should be so proud of how far youāve come. Thank you for putting your trust in me and allowing me to be part of this amazing journey!
Just look at those muscles already! I can see the definition starting to shine through, and this is only the beginning. I canāt wait to see what this next chapter brings, and Iāll be beside you every step of the way⦠sneakily adding extra weight to the bar or shouting across the gym that itās time to go heavier! š

WHEN A COACH TELLS ANOTHER COACH āI HAVE 6 WEEKS TO FEEL LIKE ME AGAINā
And trust me understood the assignment and I think she enjoyed it a bit too much to be honest š
The scales only moved by 2.5kg, but these photos are proof that the number on the scale doesnāt tell the full story
The truth is, over the last year, life happened.
When my partner needed surgery, our weekends completely changed. The hikes, active days out and gym sessions together disappeared overnight. Instead, weekends became nice meals out, a few pints of Guinness, red wine, cheese boards and simply making the best of the situation we were in.
At the same time, I was helping my clients achieve their goals, supporting my partner, moving house, running a business and navigating everything that comes with it.
Somewhere along the way, I stopped paying attention to my own goals.
Most people would still say I looked in shape. I still trained, but I was just going through the motions. I was the least lean Iād been in years, my clothes didnāt fit how I wanted them to, I felt sluggish and Iād completely lost touch with my own progress.
So before the first festival of the year, I decided enough was enough.
I needed to take action.
Iād spent so long pouring into everyone else that Iād stopped showing up for myself.
So I messaged Rebekah and said:
āIāve got 6 weeks to feel like me again. Give me everything youāve got.ā
No excuses.
No shortcuts.
No negotiating.
Just hard graft, consistent check-ins and putting my own training back up the priority list.
And for 6 weeks, I gave it everything Iād got⦠and then some.
The early mornings, the food prep, the steps come rain or shine, the heavy resistance sessions, the cardio and yes⦠the StairMaster that youāve all seen me practically chained to. šš
And it paid off.
I feel like myself again
My shape is coming back
My energy is back
My confidence is back
This wasnāt about becoming someone different.
It was about becoming me again
Now itās time for 6 weeks of maintenance before we go again for holiday prep
The foundations are built
Next phase: level up, push harder and get into the best shape Iāve ever been in š„

So many women think they have to choose between getting results and living their life. The truth is, sustainable results come from learning how to do both!
Over the last few months, weāve worked on building habits that fit around family life, social events, holidays, busy weeks and everything else that comes with being a mum. No extremes, no drastic measures, no cutting out everything you enjoy and no āall or nothingā mentality. Just consistency, patience and trusting the process.
There were weeks when she wanted to give up because the scales werenāt shifting as quickly as sheād hoped. Weeks where all she could see was that apparently her elbows were becoming more defined šš. But instead of throwing the towel in, she kept showing up, kept focusing on the habits and kept trusting the plan.
And thatās exactly why these results mean so much!
Because sustainable results arenāt built in a perfect 6 weeks. Theyāre built through patience, learning what works for your body, navigating lifeās ups and downs and continuing even when progress doesnāt feel obvious!
The transformation isnāt just what you see in these photos. Itās the confidence sheās gained, the healthier lifestyle sheās created and the knowledge that she can achieve incredible results without putting her life on hold!
Iām so proud of you, everything youāve achieved and the lifestyle youāve created and even though she always told me she would never get 10k steps a day in guess what sheās bloody doing it! š§”

From years of yo-yo dieting and not feeling confident in herself⦠to this š„
12kg down and the difference is incredible!
Not just in the scales⦠but in her shape, strength, confidence and overall fitness!
A completely different shape and a completely different mindset, honestly these photos speak for themselves! The definition coming through everywhere is unreal!
But the biggest transformation of all? Her strength
The weights sheās lifting now compared to when she first started are insane, and watching her confidence grow week after week has been incredible to see!
What makes me most proud though isnāt just the weight loss⦠itās the consistency behind these results!
She works full time, has children, a partner working away and a busy life like most people⦠but she still finds a way to get it done. She follows her plan to a T with no excuses, and these results werenāt achieved through endless hours in the gym either!
