Living life with a disability has taught me so much about adapting, advocating, and showing up as my full self 💛
In this reel, I’m sharing a glimpse of how I accommodate myself when I’m out and about — because inclusivity isn’t just a buzzword, it’s something that needs to be lived, understood, and supported every day.
My coaching and mentoring come from real, lived experience. I don’t just talk about confidence, self-advocacy, and finding your way — I’ve had to learn it, navigate it, and grow through it myself.
