Your observation is an act of creation 🫧

What are you choosing to create?

Here's a photo from a recent solo trip to North Wales with my paints ♥️ I went on an coach holiday with the the average age of 80!

I was in my element! It brought back fond memories of when I used to manage a charity shop on Pinstone Street in Sheffield city center ♥️

Finding the time to do these sorts of things can be difficult, but time is an illusion so paint if ya wanna! It doesn't have to be for anyone but you x

Wishing you all a soft start to the week x

Love Sadie x

It's hard being in the social media space when you prefer in person connections ✨

So if you haven't been to us in person yet and want a feel for who we really are, here's Martin 🌳 In his element on our allotment x

We guid people towards Self Realisation ✨ using tools like Yoga, Sound and Nature x

We have a cosy studio down the road from Crookes, with yoga and sound sessions everyday ✨

We get out in nature and explore woodland skills, foraging and folklore 🌳

Nothing online x

All in person x

Humans in Nature x

We're here if you need us,

Love Sadie, Martin and our team of Yogis ♥️

* Swipe to see Martin getting whacked by one of the many sage bundles I have hanging around 😁

**Shout out to slinging coffees on Gyspsys Brew coffee van at Bole Hill a few years back! We loved those days, and still wear the merch!

Natures Colours 🌾

There's something so meditative about sitting out in nature and bundling up wild grasses.

I've been drying these since the summer solstice ☀️

The simple things matter x

Yoga isn't just about the funky shapes you throw, it's a conscious way of living ✨

Human made and never mass produced.

These crystal beads from Mary at Vintage Vixen are shining bright in our window, ready to soak up the Full Moon energies over these next few days 🌙

Aventurine ~ from the Italian "a ventura", meaning "by chance" to embrace the turn of the season and open up to spiritual growth 🍂

Turquoise ~ the fallen sky stone, rooted in Native American lore ~ for inner harmony, peace and grounding 🌳

Agate ~ linked to the Welsh goddess Cerridwen ~ bringing Inspiration and Knowledge 🪽

Magical llittle Beads!

All our range of local makers is available to buy pre and post class xx

Please try and pay with cash if you can, it's like playing shopkeep!
Plus we love to keep it in circulation ♥️
