The Fitness Factory Amateur Boxing Club

CONGRATULATIONS.........Today we held our first ever 10km event. A group of runners from our gym signed up, and 8 weeks ago, embarked on a training schedule to undertake this challenge. For some, this was their first ever running event, for others, something they had done before, for a few, a personal time challenge.
What an amazing event, with dedication shown and people turning up with smiles on their faces.

A huge well done to some of our gym running group who did a 5km run tonight! Some PBs achieved, and for some, their first group run.
