It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Anthony Clare.

Anthony was there when we first opened, volunteering his time and helping with coaching in the gym. He played a huge part in building our fantastic ladies' Boxercise class and was always willing to share his knowledge and support others.

A talented amateur boxer in his younger years, Anthony brought a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to everyone he worked with in the gym. His contribution to our community will not be forgotten, and he will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Our thoughts and condolences are with Anthony's family and friends at this difficult time.

Somebody as been in the gym and took the money from the till and Quinn’s gloves of the blowers not bothered over money but who ever took them they need to go back we will get footage from ring doorbell next to gym and car sales next door

Good Win tonight for our Saj on the Ingle show to finish off a fantastic season for him.
Saj joined our Saturday class as a podgy little 7 year old but as worked relentlessly in the gym and his parents with his diet and his cardio his improvements are showing in the ring as he as had a great run of wins and giving away a lot of experience tonight his fitness is also showing so well done you made our weekend 👍🙏❤️
