You don’t need another hack.
Look at the small things you’ve decided don’t matter.
The missed steps.
The untracked snacks.
The half-arsed final set.
The extra 30 minutes scrolling at night.
The meal you couldn’t be bothered preparing.
Individually, they’re tiny.
But repeat them every day for 6 months and they become the difference between “I’m doing everything and nothing’s happening” and actually looking like someone who trains.
And it works both ways.
The 1%s compound.
Stop looking for one massive change.
Tighten the screws.
That’s where your next level is.

A whole week of sun, good food, time with good friends and a bit of training and work.
I knew it was going to be a special one watching Rich and Dom getting married, but this was a whole new experience.
Seeing everyone there for them: friends , families with their little ones, having a laugh and taking every moment.
More than anything, I’m so grateful for Zaccy. You don’t know what kids do for you in difficult times ❤️ They just know.
Anyway, IM BACK.
Refreshed and ready to kill.
All enquiries and messages replied.
The level up is about to begin.

A week in the life…
If I’m being honest…
Change is uncomfortable.
Whether it’s rebranding a business, changing your routine, chasing a bigger goal, or stepping into a new chapter of life… there’s always that little voice asking,
“What if this is the wrong decision?”
I’ve felt that recently.
New brand.
New direction.
New goals.
A different way of thinking.
It’s exciting… but it’s also vulnerable.
Because every time you choose growth, you’re choosing uncertainty.
Then I remind myself of something.
Every time I’ve taken the harder path, it’s led me somewhere better.
Moving countries.
Starting a business.
Stepping on stage.
Becoming a dad.
Every chapter felt uncomfortable before it felt rewarding.
Looking back gives me confidence to keep moving forwards.
I’ve learnt that the path that asks the most of you is often the one that gives you the most back.
I think that’s exactly where a lot of people get stuck with their health too.
You know what you need to do.
But changing your lifestyle feels uncomfortable.
Training consistently feels uncomfortable.
Saying no to old habits feels uncomfortable.
Holding yourself to a higher standard feels uncomfortable.
So you stay where you are because it feels safe.
But safe rarely changes your life.
Growth almost always asks for courage first.
So if you’re standing at the beginning of something that scares you…
Trust your track record.
Look back at everything you’ve already overcome.
You’ve made it through every difficult season you’ve faced.
This one will be no different.
Keep moving.
Keep trusting your gut.
Keep building with purpose.
