May highlights.
5 year anniversary working at the best gym I’ve ever been to.
Spending some time with the ones I love: seeing mates getting married, competing and winning at this thing called life.
Loads of wins from the team: we are levelling up physiques, mindsets, direction, ex*****on and maturity. People going on stage, doing shoots, and everything in between.
New faces coming on board and a VERY exciting announcement coming soon!
Birthday: like Prince says. “We only have 1 birthday. The day we arrive to earth”. Now that I’m old, I’ll be 1 from now on 😂
Nearly half way through the year and I can’t help but to feel like time is running away from me! Being very self conscious of how and who do I spend it with.
If it’s headache and negative vibes, ain’t got time for it.

I said it to the team the other day, last couple of weeks have been VERY good.
The team is working hard towards photoshoot and other goals. Mindsets are changing and we are executing like athletes. 🧠
That combined to the fact that it was my birthday (normally I hate it because I miss the Spanish fam) , anniversary with Hayley , anniversary with S20 gym.
Many reasons to feel truly grateful and locked in with my own process as a dad, partner, coach, bodybuilders.
The days that I’ve felt overwhelmed with work have been flooded with good rewarding moments with people around me.
Change your mindset, and your circle will change for sure.
You have a “just ticking the boxes” mindset? Why not having an abundance mindset instead.
Overdelivering rather than applying minimal wage to your life.
At least that’s what I do and planning on doing.
Are you still wondering if now is the right time to makes changes to your fitness journey?

As every year, I like to share my experiences over the last 12 months and a reminder of what’s truly important.
Last year consisted of:
Reducing my PT hours to spend more time Zaccy, Hayley and pushing the online side of the business. Scary? Yes. Did it pay off? X10 worth. I wish I did it earlier.
Competing: winning my qualifier, going to the universe and placed 8th. LOADS of lessons and things to take on board for next year. I encourage you to challenge yourself, do a shoot, do a show, diet WELL for a holiday. Take yourself outside of your comfort zone. There’s 💎 to collect along the way!
Another house move (after an incomplete property and a 2nd property full of hidden mold that gave me pneumonia).
Personal life goals: I realised a long time ago my purpose is 1 and 1 only: Help and service.
I LOVE helping people around me. In a world that pushes the agenda of making and extra 2/3/4k per month (business mentor wankers) , I’ve experienced that looking for genuine connection and impact will build a solid team around you and gets you there 10 times quicker.
The buzz I get from making and extra X per month is nothing compared to a message from a team member saying: I’ve been promoted as a result of better habits and levelling up their mindset, I’ve lost x amount of weight and I feel indestructible, I want to do a shoot, my lower back is no longer an issue, etc.
Staying in my own lane: not in an arrogant way: I do not care about anyone else is doing nor social media smoke. It’s fake.
I care about the people around me on a personal level. Not behind screens and instagram posts. Let. It. Go.
Stop swiping. Life is happening in front of you and you’re living it behind a screen.
So what’s the plan of action moving forward?
Carrying on spending as much time as possible with my little family. I don’t want to miss a single moment.
Carrying on coaching the team of legends I coach. You guys make me really proud every day. I mean it ❤️
Carrying on challenging myself as an athlete , business owner an athlete. I’m a dopamine addict ADHD so I like overcoming! 👇🏻

There’s no words to say how much this man has changed his mindset 🧠 and implemented every single thing I’ve said.
We navigate obstacles together, communication is very clear and honest.
This is the foundation of success:
We set up the path together 52 weeks in advance. With different phases and expectations.
We identify what are the possible bumps on the road.
We don’t miss a single check in and we communicate daily.
I can’t wait to carrying on levelling up together brother!
All the best with marathon today ❤️💪🏻
Life’s too short to be average.

Another week in the books. Week 8 of the push up phase.
The team of legends keep growing! Everyone is locked in getting ready for shoots or summer holidays.
Levelling mindset, habits and performance at the gym.
On my side?
Rinse and repeat.
Trying to be good a this new thing call daddyhood, delivering best service to my amazing athletes and scrapping reps and weight on own sessions.
The same job day and day out. Nothing fancy, nothing sexy.
Just relentless repetition till we get the outcome we want.
Onto another week of wins we go!

A vs B.
This is all we’ve got.
I remember when I first started seriously training for bodybuilding.
My training was on point.
I thought I had everything locked in.
Then progress stop.
So I started training more (duuuh).
The result?
Going backwards. Pain, lack of sleep, poor digestion.
I didn’t think about all of the other things that I was leaving to fate.
Doing cardio when it was “convenient”.
Preparing my meals only when “I had time”.
Going to bed whenever.
Then I started locking these in and progressing was an easy task.
It becomes addictive.
What other things I could be doing?
Then I read “the compound effect”. And my life started to level up big time!
Are you taking into account all of these situations you’re not taking control of?
19/04/2026
One special week for sure, and one to remember.
Currently focusing on being the best dad and partner, business owner and bodybuilder in that order. (Well as always).
What’s happened over last few days then?
Early starts as always but later finishes. Meaning that twice this week I’ve comeback home and little one was already in bed. Yep. It sucks.
The feeling of guilt is real for sure.
So what have I learned?
My time is more precious than ever. Anything outside of taking care of my team , my family or training : I cannot entertain. On top of that , I’ve restructured my schedule to make sure everything is getting done by a certain time.
You think that’s extreme? Well. Those are the 3 things that truly make me present and happy.
I always encourage to have a look at where do you want to be and ask yourself if your actions are in line with that path.
Are you wasting time on checking what everyone is doing or saying, while you’re not executing on your plan like you should?
Have you said I want to be THERE by the end of the year, but you’re still living by someone else’s standards?
This has to change.
Your physique and life depends on nobody else but YOU.
