I’ve always loved training and taking part in a variety of sports. I specialise in weight loss, fitness goals and weight training.

That evolved into teaching and coaching and then in 2015 I started Personal Training and set up the outdoor bootcamps. You'll enjoy my PT sessions if you:
*Like having fun while getting fit
*Enjoy a mixture of exercise techniques
*Want to incorporate boxing skills for fitness or for a future bout
*Want to see results
*Need a specialised programe for muscle hypertrophy

I know I say it a lot but tonight’s Strength & Conditioning class was brilliant.

I had so many little smile to myself moments from them cheering each other on to little teaching pointers they’ve learnt throughout the sessions.

And the way everyone helps, supports and motivates each other is beautiful. Love it.
