An opportunity to explore and experience the ta**ra derived systematic relaxation practice of Yoga Nidra.
Suitable for those new to Yoga Nidra as well as those with more experience.
Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation which is also deeply restorative. By relaxing the whole body and mind Yoga Nidra induces a state of deep relaxation.
The next evening will be in December where we will explore a short and gentle asana (posture) practice before enjoying a special winter solstice inspired yoga Nidra practice, allowing you to take a moment to rest and reflect amidst the business of the Christmas period.

Just under a year ago as I was recovering from a fairly major operation I came across here on Instagram. I had been dreaming of having a massage for a few years previous, but I wanted something a little different, i wasn’t sure what that was, I couldn’t quite put my finger on it.
I saw and felt intuitively pulled!
I booked my first massage and was blown away by Beth’s intuitive style and warmness. I did something I’ve never done before and I committed to a monthly massage. It was what I needed, a commitment to myself! A commitment to getting to know myself and my body in a whole new different way.
If you’re looking for a massage in Sheffield I cannot recommend Beth at enough!

Just spent the evening sharing a Summer Solstice Yoga Nidra practice with a group of lovely people.
I have enjoyed piecing this evening together so much and I feel so grateful that I get the opportunity to share with others and also reflect and celebrate together! Heart feels full! Ready for a weekend with my family enjoying the fullness of summer!

I find summer intoxicating! Blissed out on gorgeous summer nights and early morning sunrises I often find myself almost overwhelmed by the season. A bitter sweet experience of awe and misdirected energy.
In depths of winter and post op recovery I set an intention to thoughtfully use my energy this year, to pace and to observe. Amongst other things!
Early June, and I think I’m not doing too bad! Surprising myself!
