Brilliant performances from our two new green belts who were very proud to receive their new grades last night. The bar has been set and we now only have 5 lessons remaining before grading week is here! Can't wait to see some more amazing grading efforts!

Community Resus & Defib Training – FREE Course
Could you save a life in an emergency? Can you help us build a safer community?
On Tuesday, 10th March the Eckington Civic Centre are hosting a FREE 'Community Resus and Defib' training session.
This practical and informative course is open to everyone and will give you the confidence to:
✅ Perform CPR
✅ Use a defibrillator (AED)
✅ Respond quickly in an emergency
✅ Potentially save a life
📌 Tuesday 10th March, from 7pm at Eckington Civic Centre

Earlier this year we were kindly approached by the team at Boogie Nightz Jive who wanted to offer support to our Academy and asked how they could help. Over a number of weeks they have donated some fantastic training equipment, which has allowed us to run a free prize draw for our students.
