Ages 12 to 13 have their own division at the UK Teen Throwdown, and spots are going fast.

Sunday 8th November at Forge Functional Fitness, Ecclesfield, Sheffield. A proper day of competition with a loud, supportive crowd, built for young athletes to try something big.

Not 12 or 13? There are divisions for ages 8 to 17, including pairs for 8 to 11 and RX and Scaled for 14 to 17. Tag a parent, coach or training partner who needs to see this.
