We are making an educated decision for tomorrow evening THURSDAY 8TH JANUARY 2026.

We are cancelling the last 6-7pm class due to the forecasted snow storm. At this moment the 1st class will still go ahead unless the snow hits heavy and earlier than forecasted.

Please check in on all our pages tomorrow for important updates. Kerry will be travelling cross country lanes tomorrow so please support her if the first class remains on.

We still have gym customers parking on the grass verge as you exit the gym on the left, which is directly outside our Perimiter. We have had complaints about this and have been advised of action if it carries on. Please do not bring our business into disrepute through your actions! I have asked nicely previously to this but this cannot be allowed to continue. If you have friends who come to the gym who are doing this but may not have the Internet or Facebook etc please can you advise them. The side roads are also emergency services access. I will personally be checking also. Kind regards Cris.
