I have a few spin bikes spare for this evenings class at 7.30pm. If you fancy a challenge or trying something different.
Hi, my daughter is getting married in Northumberland this week and I'm very excited. So much so, I forgot to say I will not be teaching Yoga for the next two Mondays! X
Hope you have all had a lovely Christmas and New year. This is when we feel ready for change, and happy to get back to our routines. I'm looking forward to my first Yoga Tomorrow and regaining my fitness over the next few weeks. Hope you will join me.

Hello. Sorry it's short notice, but I am cancelling Yoga this morning due to the icey road conditions.

Just a week to go before we can begin our indoor fitness classes. I'm really excited to resume such a huge part of my life. My fitness, income, and my contact with so many good people.
I hope you come and join me for some fun, music and fitness. I've missed you all!

At last we have a date to start making plans, although it does seem a long way away it will be here soon.
In the meantime the weather is improving and the days are getting longer. Get out in the fresh air, walk, cycle, run, or just sit and enjoy nature.

Here we go again! Just a few more days to enjoy our classes, gym sessions and swimming. I am teaching right up to 9.30pm on Wednesday, please come and join me for some or all of the classes. Starts with Yoga Tomorrow morning at 10.00am.
Sadly it may be a few weeks before we can enjoy each others company and motivation. If you can't join me, look after your health and wellbeing by getting out in the fresh air. X
