Empress Elite Sports Massage Therapist

After multiple years of athletics, I decided to persevere and become a Sports Massage Therapist.

I am a former County and National Sprinter and member of Sheffield City Athletics Club. I have competed for North-East of England in the School Games as well as South Yorkshire in English Schools. I myself am well aware of the stress, strains and demands that elite and amateur sports bring. I am very passionate about my work, and as a therapist take great pride in helping athletes to facilitate their body's own natural ability to rebalance and heal itself.
