Pilates classes in the community run by a qualified pilates teacher and a physiotherapist.
To our knowledge other classes do not offer what we offer that is:
- One third of each class tailored to individual needs (if you donβt have any, we choose for you!)
- Each class will have: one class instructor (Lauren) and a physiotherapist present assisting, circulating, providing advice (Jack).
- We consulted with the local community to set up our business as we firmly believe you should have a say in a service that is made for you.
