Aqua zumba, pilates, yoga, stretching, water gym, dancing, swimming - I did it all! 😄
Don't worry, there was plenty of relaxing, eating and drinking too!
But when you know the joy of movement, you don't ever really want a holiday from it 🩷💜🩵
Classes are back on from tomorrow and I can't wait to see you all, and not just to show off my tan 😆

It doesn't matter what you look like, no one cares! It's all about having a good time. A workout that doesn't feel like work is what we're aiming for 💗

Ooh I say it's been a busy old time these last 2 weeks and mum life has well and truly taken over inbetween teaching classes! Who knew a 5 year old could have such a jam-packed schedule of commitments 💁♀️😅
You'll be pleased to know though I have been applying our infamous dance fit motto - just keep moving!
Godspeed to all the other mums now embarking on the 6 week summer holidays marathon after the end of term slog 🫡
