I run dance-inspired fitness classes in Sheffield. You don’t have to be a certain size, age or fitness level to come to one of my classes, everybody is welcome!

GET YOUR DANCE FIT ON! Hi I’m Helen! I am a fully qualified dance teacher with the International Dance Teachers’ Association running dance-based fitness classes in Sheffield. Dance Fit with Helen started back in 2014. I wanted to spread the joy of dance and help people get moving more. Dancing provides a fun way to exercise and it should be fun otherwise you won’t want to do it! I str

ive to make sure my classes are as welcoming as possible and my biggest hope is that people have a good time. Dance Fit uses fun and easy to follow routines that mix dance moves and traditional exercise moves. At Dance Fit we definitely don’t take ourselves too seriously! For all Dance Fit classes I offer the option of pay as you go or monthly block payments. You can pay by cash or bank transfer. Please note when a block payment is made there is no refund if you miss a session and money can't be rolled over to the following week. (This only happens if I have to cancel a class.) MONDAYS
