A perfectly chilled 7 days away in Dorset with our little family. Not too busy but just the right amount of experiences for Austin as he is growing and enjoying new things. Sarah Lou a great little Airbnb for our stay, tucked away in the countryside. Just the break we all needed to reset our minds and pause on the stressful last few months.

A couple of months ago I had reached capacity for weekly sessions and couldn't take on anymore clients. For the first time since February I now have 1 regular slot available at 17:00 on Monday's. Evening slots are usually in high demand so they don't come open that often.

If this time could suit you please get in contact asap. I always offer an in-person consultation free of charge (which you can book through the link in my bio) or if you have any questions about what I offer please ask below or in a DM if you would prefer.

Please check out this feedback from my client Riaz.

I always ask for feedback from a client when they are going to be stopping with me to make sure I'm offering a good service and to find the things I need to improve on. However, it's always humbling to receive comments like this.

Riaz and I worked together for nearly a year and half. He had little experience in the gym but had plenty of knowledge from his degree and masters in sports science. I was there to help with the practical application and offer my experience. He became much stronger and added a decent amount of muscle in that time and seemed much more confident within the gym. I know his understanding of programming and exercise ex*****on greatly improved just from the discussions we're having towards the end of our time together.

I'm very proud of where Riaz is now with his fitness and look forward to hearing how the rest of his Master's goes, and wish him the best in his career moving forwards.

Lovely morning stomp with a few clients today. Shame the mist hid the views over Rivelin valley but the fresh air and good conversation was a good start to the weekend.

Always great to get out and appreciate the local green spaces we have.
