Gym's haven't been given the go ahead to open yet. When they are we will be working with the University to explore what we can do when in line with government advice and your safety.

Great training session tonight. First few weeks I feel are always best for conditioning and Shiv I love it. Not lifting much barely even bar put my muscles feel good for having some resistance and not any additional pain. Woohoo
