A big well done to our 1st weight management and wellbeing group of the year. Over the past 12 weeks they have made changes to routine and everyday life and as a group lost over 100kg . Our social dance session has had a change of venue but is now FREE of charge , a fun routine , plenty of laughs and time to chat with a brew after, now based at crooks social club
