Arrived fresh off the delivery truck ready for those rainy days are the Sealskinz ankle sock and nano fleece gloves.

The socks are waterproof, anti-blister and offer thermal regulation. The bamboo lining is used for moisture control, insulation and comfort.

The gloves again, are waterproof, touchscreen friendly and offer silicone printed palma and fingers for firm handling and added grip.

This fleece/thermal comes with built in primaloft active evolve, an open-pile insulation that released excess heat and moisture while trapping warmth. This 1/2 zip hoodie comes with thumb loops and a roll-away hood. It's soft, stretchy and ideal for the coming autumn/winter runs.

Here's what the staff have been up to last month.

🔸Chris has been a busy bee. Firstly taking on his 3rd SuperHalfs in Copenhagen 🇩🇰 Then it was swiftly onto pacing duties for the Run For All Sheffield 10k the following week

🔸Ash is the newest member of the team joining at the beginning of the month. As well as leading his regular Wednesday night group run at RTR Sheffield a few of his regulars joined him to take part in the Sheffield Half Pint Marathon Drinking and running, what could possibly go wrong? 👟🍻

🔸Mince pies arrived in the shop. Too early? Never!!

Now we're in October, who's going to be popping into the store for some spooktacular deals? 👻 🎃

Yesterday outside Sheffield town hall, John "the man with the pram" Burkhill got his own star.

You will have seen John pushing his pram wearing his green wig at many Run For All events over the years. In that time he has been fundraising for Macmillan Cancer Support and has managed to raise over 1.2 million pounds 👏🏻

Hundreds of people were in attendance to witness his induction into the Sheffield Legends walk of fame.

Everyone here at U&R Sheffield would like to congratulate John for all of his fundraising and his star that will be etched into Sheffield forever. Thoroughly deserved.

Pacers from did an amazing job and kept the good vibes going whilst out on the course.
