Rope face pulls are one of my favourite exercises for poor posture and shoulder joint dysfunction. This will enhance scapular stability and strength.
This exercise will help to strengthen the chronically weak muscles in your upper limb that get stretched out all day as we sit in a slumped position at the computer or driving cars. This will also build strength in your upper back muscles.
This is one of the best exercises to fix rounded shoulders.
Best to go lighter weight and focus on slow and controlled reps and focusing on squeezing your shoulder blade together each rep π more about quality reps than quantity and rushing the exercise πͺ

Single Arm Lat Pull Downs with Client Ben.
Single arm lat pulldowns offer a great solution to both of these problems, resulting in a better workout experience and more back growth. First, single arm lat pulldowns train one side at a time, allowing us to spot muscle imbalances and fix them. Second, the lat pull variation helps us focus on one side at a time. Doing so can be beneficial for establishing a better mind muscle connection and activating each lat more.
