Yoga classes start next Monday. Practicing a way of unwinding more fully and freely into our practice, using less, (yes less) strain or force. A way of practicing that takes us away from the external pursuit of physical shapes and reveals instead the internal qualities for our bodies to release and align themselves. Learning to trust ourselves again.

Guiding principles of scaravelli yoga. The ground, the breath, the spine. Trauma sensitive...... well with invitation to breath and guidance to sounds instead if triggering.
Therapeutic yoga for trauma.
Because we cannot think our way out of trauma responses…we learn to safely sense and feel, attend to our sensations at a pace we can tolerate.
