Thank you to Bite Cafe for being amazing food providers for our kids camps. The kids absolutely love their food – and when you've got 20 hungry young fighters, that's a proper compliment.

Bite Cafe - The Palace Mall is a 5-star cafe in The Palace Mall, Stocksbridge, and we're grateful to have partners who get it. They're not just feeding kids – they're fuelling the next generation of Sheffield fighters.

If you're in Stocksbridge and looking for quality food, check them out. They look after their community, just like we do.

In Finch’s Monday boxing class today we worked on hand speed combinations 💨🥊

Some great work shown by everyone, with plenty of things to improve on too 💪

Our own boxer Joe picked this particular combination for us to drill, so good effort lads 👊

Little bit of knee sparring after a whole class on Rich's favourite knees for sparring and competition. Every Tuesday at 7pm for kickboxing 🥊

Good work lads!

Just a reminder during the summer holidays there are no kids classes as we also have the summer camps on for kids 🥊
