Scorpion Taekwondo Sheffield - great for self defense and fitness
Scorpion Taekwondo was founded in 1988 by our chief instructor Peter Adamsons 5th Dan black belt. Peter has been appointed national team manager several times and NTO for the 2012 Olympic Games just to name a few achievements, Peter has also been recorded in the 2024 Taekwondo Hall of Fame. Scorpion Taekwondo's main training centre is in Doncaster with clubs also in Westwoodside, Carlton in Lindrick, Gainsborough, Bawtry, Mexborough and Sheffield.

Well done to everyone that graded last night you all did brilliantly in the heat.
Results to be given at next Thursday's lesson.
Tonight's training on at normal time of 7.30 - 8.30pm shorts and t shirt tonight please bring lots of fluids to keep hydrated 👊🥋
Tomorrow night is Grading night
The grading is due to start for 6.30pm please arrive 10-15 minutes early.
If I haven't had your grading form back and payment for grading please bring this with you.
Please remember to bring your clean Taekwondo Suit and belt, you will not be allowed to grade without them.
🥵With the weather being warm bring lots of fluids to remain hydrated I will try and make the hall as cool as I can 🧃🥵
If you are not grading and train on a Thursday you can attend Friday's lesson as an extra.

➡️FREE BBQ - cooking times approx 2pm and 5pm
➡️ON THE BRAND NEW MUCH BIGGER LAKE
➡️FREE USE OF PADDLE BOARDS AND KAYAKS - ⛔️Life jackets must be worn and are provided for the free paddle boards and kayaks. ⛔️ABSOLUTELY NO SWIMMING⛔️
➡️BRING YOUR OWN PADDLE BOARD OR KAYAK BUT AGAIN LIFE JACKETS MUST BE WORN
(If you’re in the lake swimming or without a life jacket you will be asked to leave this is to ensure everyone is safe
➡️CAMPING AVAILABLE - £15 payable in advance via your instructor, caravan or tent
➡️DJ KIERON PROVIDING MUSIC ALL DAY
➡️FEED THE ALPACAS.
All you need to bring is snacks, drinks (alcohol is allowed) chairs gazebo’s etc
IMPORTANT PLEASE TAKE ALL YOIR RUBBISH HOME.
(Last year we did find quite a lot of rubbish left. Bring a bin liner and please take the rubbish home don’t just leave the bin liner full of rubbish at the lakes)
