🥋 🚨 HEATWAVE ALERT: CLASS CANCELLED! 🚨
Tomorrows Karate classes between 5pm and 6pm and 6pm to 7pm at Waterthorpe /Emmanual Community Rooms are cancelled due to the high temperatures being forecasted.
We have taken the hard decision to cancel as our focus needs to be on the welfare of our students and instructors.
Turns out, the only thing more powerful than a black belt is a summer heatwave. Trying to practice our moves and kicks would just result in a room full of people inventing a new martial art called Sweaty-Fu.
If you do want to practice something ..try the below:

Drinking a massive glass of ice water.

Can we remind parents that all children attending the holiday club this week must remember refillable drinks bottles, sun screen, appropriate clothing and a cap as we will be spending time outdoors whilst the weather is nice...
